How Auctions Work
Submit Your Bike
Tell us about your bike — make, model, year, condition, and photos. We'll review your submission and let you know if it's a good fit for auction.
Review & Refine the Listing
We review the photos, description, and reserve with you. If changes are needed, you update the listing before the final review.
Approve & Schedule
Review the finished listing and give final approval. An administrator then schedules the auction and publishes it with a live countdown.
Bidders Compete
Every bid is backed by a registered credit card hold. A bid in the final two minutes extends the auction by two minutes, so no one can snipe the sale at the last second.
Auction Closes
If the reserve is met, the winner and seller receive next steps. The buyer fee is collected by BidBikes; bike payment and delivery are arranged directly for now.
